Our Name. We are proud to present our new name, Wenden Taijiquan which will serve the classes we are providing in Wakefield and Rupert, Quebec. Together, the name and logo essentially convey the idea of Winding Road Tai Chi. Every detail of the name was carefully considered (more on that soon), and we look forward to many years of growth in the community.

Taijiquan, is often shortened to "Tai Chi"
The word "Tai" (太) means "supreme," "Ji" (极 or Chi) means "ultimate," and "Quan" (拳 or Chuan) means "fist" or "movement." Together, these terms form the word "Taijiquan," a mind-body exercise that cultivates inner peace, power, and awareness to promote overall wellness and self-cultivation.
Meet your Instructors
Wendy Williams is known for her patience, sincerity, and gentle sense of humor. She has practiced tai chi for over 20 years and is the founder, president, and creative force behind Tài Jí Life®.
Denis Bossé is dedicated to promoting the many benefits of Tai Chi. After studying karate, he turned to tai chi and has been studying under Master Sam Masich since 2017.

Master Sam Masich
We are proud to be students of the internationally renowned Tai Chi Master Sam Masich.
Sam lives in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, Canada, and we attend his workshops twice each year when he travels through Quebec and Ontario.
