We invite you to jump in at any time! If you're a new student, you can still take advantage of the two-week trial. If you would like to commit to the remainder of the session, we will calculate the price based on your selected weeks.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please see our cancellation policy below.
Our aim is to make our program flexible and accessible by offering a variety of class options and video resources. At the same time, we need to ensure that we can cover the costs of running these programs. We encourage you to take advantage of our two-week new student trial to see if our program is a good fit for you. If budget is a concern, we are open to discussing alternative pricing options.
If you are a new student please email wendy@taijilife.ca before sending an e-transfer, so that we have your contact information and can confirm your registration.
Our preferred payment method is by e-transfer.

Please note that this transaction may appear as "Tai Ji Life" and/or "12530309 CANADA INC" on your bank statement.
This account is set up for automatic deposits, so a password should not be required. However, if your bank asks you to answer a security question, do so. Then, send a message to wendy@taijilife.ca with your security answer so we can complete the transfer.

If a participant wishes to cancel at any time before the end of the session:
If you have paid for a full session in advance and decide to stop before it ends, please let us know by email and mention that you would like a refund. We will reimburse you on a pro rata basis for the portion of the session that has not yet taken place as of the date you contact us.
Class Cancellations by Wendy and Denis
If a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. We advise you to check your email before leaving for the class. Due to the time constraints of our sessions, we cannot schedule additional days for make-up classes. However, we encourage you to attend other available classes and make use of the provided online resources. If possible, we may send you extra videos or occasionally hold live online sessions.
