Our preferred payment method is by e-transfer.

- This account is registered for automatic deposits so no password should be needed. However, if your banking institution asks you for a security question and answer, do so, then send a message to wendy@taijilife.ca with your security answer so that we can complete the transfer.

Cancellation by the participant any time before the session ends
On cancellation request in the case of the full session paid upfront, each week participated in will be charged at the weekly rate of the per week price.
Example:
Session price = $235
Cancellation after the 3rd week = $87 (3 x $29)
The balance of $148 will be reimbursed ($235 - $87)
Class Cancellations by Wendy and Denis
In case of circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified by email as soon as possible if class is to be cancelled. We advise you to check your email before leaving for class. Due to the time blocks of our sessions, we will not add additional days for make-up classes but will encourage you to attend other available classes as well as make use of the online resources provided. We may, if possible, send you additional videos or have live online sessions on occasion.
