Feel more vibrant and at ease with every step you take.
Whether you are already a strong walker or have a few mobility challenges,
this workshop is for you!
Tap into the true nature of walking
with five key points.
When you learn to utilize the natural, intelligent, mechanics of your body; tensions will dissolve and you’ll generate positive energy in motion.
Here’s the secret: apply tai chi principles to how you walk. And this doesn't mean just walking "slow". It means borrowing the concepts in tai chi that make it so balanced, grounded, and fluid.
The content of these course videos will be presented live in this workshop.
What is the Maple Walk Method?
MAPLE is used as an acronym to help you remember the five key points of aligned movement within your body from your head to your feet.
It will look like a natural walk that you can employ whether out hiking, shopping, or going to get the mail.
During this workshop, you'll see slides with illustrations to help you understand the concepts and theory behind this method. Then you'll put each of the five key points to work as you practice walking around the room or outside to experience the difference the Maple Walk Method makes!

"This course was an eye opener on the “mechanics” of walking, how head, upper, middle and lower body align, position and movement have such an intricate relationship! Add to it the alert meditation taught in the course, it’s a winning combination. There’s bound to be something for everyone to learn."
